FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN

THE ROLE

An opportunity exists within the Bay of Plenty region of Argus Fire for a Fire Alarm Technician. The role involves installation, service, maintain and repair/replace fire safety and electrical systems as part of regular fire protection services for our clients.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand in a permanent, full-time role
  • Current New Zealand driver's licence
  • Two years' experience in Fire Protection Is desirable
  • Demonstrable ability to service and repair various types and brands of fire panels and fire

safety systems


DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem-solving, interpreting

technical data, and teamwork

  • Fire tech desirable
  • Current valid Police and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
