About the Role:

We are looking for new Customer Experience (CX) Reps to join our friendly, vibrant teams at the Mount Hot Pools, Baywave and Greerton Aquatic and Leisure Centres.

As a CX Rep for Bay Venues, you will provide our customers with friendly, welcoming and personalised customer experiences.

These are part time roles working a range of weekend shifts. We have one role working three shifts per month (2 x Sun and 1 x Sat) at Hot Pools and Baywave and a second role working four shifts per month (3 x Sun ad 1 x Sat) at Baywave and Greerton.

About You:

If you are a people person who loves to talk, if you value good customer service and are positive and like being part of an energetic team, apply for this job.
If you have money handling experience and know how to complete end of shift cash-ups, that's even better.
