About the Role

This is a superb career development opportunity as a FonoCare Service Agent working in our medical reception areas and Fale Talanoa. Be our roving FonoCare Service Agent. Working across our four practice locations and our Fale Talanoa (Contact Centre). Working at the heart of our integrated model of care – FonoCare. If you are a real go-getter who thrives on variety this is the position for you.

Training will be given in Medtech Evolution (the Patient Management System). Most importantly we want people who will reflect the professionalism of the organisation and have exceptional customer service expertise, sound technical skills, ability to adapt to fast moving technological change combined with caring personal attributes and initiative.

The position is 40 hours a week, currently between 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri. Expansion may mean the range of hours may be between 7.30 am – 7pm including Saturday clinics in future. Note: you will not be required to work more than 40 hours per week. Our Practices where you could be working are Auckland CBD, Blockhouse Bay Rd, Henderson and Manurewa.
There will be a transport allowance to cover assignments beyond the base practice selected for you (probably based on proximity to your home)
