Programme Coordinator

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator, based in Wellington (CBD) or Auckland (Highbrook).
In this role you'll provide critical programme administration support to ensure the successful delivery of a large and complex programme of work. It's a busy role where you'll be immersed in a number of activities across the whole programme, including preparation of reports and presentations, project and programme administration, risk and quality activities, and supporting our project managers with project planning and other activities as required.
Reporting to our newly appointed Programme Director, you'll become part of the People Team while also joining the community of high performing project coordinators across the wider business.
Mōu - About you
Crucial to your success in this role will be your meticulous attention to detail, and prioritisation will be your super-power. We'd love for you to have a background in providing general project or portfolio administration, as well as a few years' experience excelling in an administration role. You'll have strong computer literacy with experience using SharePoint and MS Project and you'll be able to meet key deadlines and work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment (while still having fun!).
Ideally, you'll be used to working in a large, dynamic and complex organisation and enjoy fostering relationships with internal teams, to facilitate smooth collaboration and information exchange.
This is the ideal role for someone wanting to develop their career in the project space, providing the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of project management and get exposure to an exemplary project team. There's huge scope for growth and plenty of great people to lean on and learn from!
