As part of the VCare Resident Care App rollout, we have 2 exciting opportunities for Systems Technical Trainers to join our Group Technology team on a fixed-term contract until December 2024. This role will play an essential part in providing flexible and adaptable training delivery with a view to improve systems and process capabilities.
This role can be based in Auckland/Wellington or Christchurch and will involve travel to Summerset Villages across New Zealand (50% of the role).
What will your responsibilities be?
- Contributing to the learning needs analysis, designing learning strategies & developing training modules as part of a collaborative project team
- Providing engaging training, facilitation and support for learning & development programmes within projects
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to understand processes and functional changes to modify training content and delivery
What are we looking for?
- Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with writing and maintaining documentation i.e. user manuals and reference guides & working with web-based Learning Management Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Sound understanding of change management processes and knowledge of different adult learning styles and approaches
- Experience in clinical settings and an understanding of clinical processes are a bonus
- Thorough understanding of systems development and integration is preferred
